Mein Job ist mein Leben! Oder…? Erfüllt mich meine Arbeit oder verkaufe ich mich unter Wert? Und wenn ja: habe ich eine andere Wahl? Ein Programm das die Entscheidung über Wahrheit und Unwahrheit den Zuschauer*innen überlässt, sie in die Pflicht nimmt, sie zu Komplizen macht. Zwischen Doku und Mocumentay finden die Filme eine Ausdrucksweise, die auf humorvolle, fast makabere Weise unsere Realität darstellt. Eine Realität, die fast zu komisch ist um wahr zu sein.

My job is my life! I mean it is, isn’t it? Does my work fulfil me or am I selling myself too short? And if so: do I have any other option? A program that leaves the choice between truth and falsehood to the viewers, that places them under an obligation, makes them accomplices. Somewhere between doc and mockumentary, these films opt for a mode of expression that depicts our reality in a humorous, almost macabre manner. A reality that is almost too funny to be true.
